1. Information the app collects
MarKar Leisure Club does not require an account and does not ask for your name, mailing address, contacts, precise location, photographs, camera, microphone, health information, or financial information.
The app stores game progress, scores, preferences, and settings locally on your device. This information is used to operate the games and is not transmitted to a MarKar Leisure Club account server.
2. TestFlight, diagnostics, and support
If you use a beta through Apple TestFlight, Apple may process installation information, device information, usage sessions, crash diagnostics, and feedback according to Apple’s policies and your device settings. MarKar Leisure Club may receive reports or feedback that you choose to submit.
If you contact support, we receive the information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address, device type, screenshots, and message. We use it only to respond and improve the app.
3. Advertising and purchases
MarKar Leisure Club does not use third-party advertising, cross-app tracking, subscriptions, token packages, or in-app purchases.
4. Sharing and sale of information
MarKar Leisure Club does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be disclosed only when reasonably necessary to provide support, protect users or the app, comply with law, or respond to a valid legal request.
5. Retention and deletion
Game information remains on your device until you reset the app’s data or delete the app. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the issue and maintain appropriate records.
6. Children
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents or guardians may contact us with any privacy concern.
7. Security and policy changes
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the limited information handled by the app. We may update this policy if the app or applicable requirements change.
